The software’s novelty is allowing any attorney to build a step-by-step process for a wide range of legal matters. Users experience an attorney guided legal plan intended to assist them from start to finish, all while allowing the attorney to supervise the user’s progress through each step. The step-by-step process assists the pro se user’s progression in their legal matter like how the attorney themselves would do in a full representation situation. Instead of paying an attorney for full representation, users pay for a guided process designed by a Plan Participating Attorney (“PPA”), which users can access via smartphone or desktop.
